De donde saca una niña de 12 años la fuerza para entrenar tan duro?
La natación es doblemente exigente por los horarios a los que se ven obligados a entrenar, pero como los “tri de larga distancia” tampoco andamos tan lejos, estas cosas las podemos compartir.
Hoy después de nadar, le pregunto cuantos metros ha hecho, y me contesta que 6.200 mts variado... pero madre mía si esto no lo hago yo ni en una semana!!!

Swimming is doubly challenging by the slots which are forced to train but like the "tri" we don't walk so far we can share this things.
Today she went to swim and i ask her how many meters and she answered me 6200 meters variated..If i don't do this in one week!!
